In this Help article, we will guide you to integrate successfully with Freshdesk
Step 1 - Go to the Freshdesk Integration page on Cubyts
In the integrations panel, select Jira, once you reach inside follow the next set of instructions.
Step 2 - Create the API key on Freshdesk
1. Login to your Freshdesk account
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right and select 'Profile Settings.'
3. In the sidebar on the right, you will find the View API key button. To access the API key, click on it and complete the captcha verification.
4. Copy-paste (cmd C + cmd V) this as required to authenticate third-party solutions.
Step 3 - Add Support Url
1. Copy paste organization account URL in the Support URL field and connect!
