When to use this Flag?
Leverage this flag to get visibility on completed designs that are not planned for build, therefore unused.

Intent:
The intent of this flag is to connect to Jira & Figma, unearth all the designs that are completed but not planned for build. There could be valid reasons for not taking all the designs into build but there is a good chance that it was completely missed by the Scrum team; this flags allows the team to align & leverage completed designs/requirements for build.
The Engineering manager/lead in alignment with the Product/Design lead can move relevant items to Jira (either as net new story or attach designs to existing stories) for execution.
Configuration:
The configuration allows the Engineering manager/lead to define "ready for dev" which could be one of the following methods:
- Marking a section in Figma as a handoff section (using the out of the box dev handoff Figma functionality) or
- Using a bunch of key words that identifies handoff sections (if the team is not using Figma dev handoff function).
