Intent:

This is an AI flag that automatically compares the development issue planned in the project management tool (e.g. Jira) against predefined benchmarks and does the following:

1. Identifies inconsistencies vis-a-vis the specified benchmarks.
2. Suggests necessary task additions based on those inconsistencies. 

By automating this process, Scrum and Engineering managers can avoid the time-consuming task of manually reviewing each issue for completeness OR worse, discovering it very late into the sprint. This helps prevent missing tasks from escalating into project mismanagement and poorly executed builds. 

Configurations:

1. Enable auto-resolution settings; this will create an issue in the project management system and assign the same to the build owner with recommendations to improve the quality of build.

2. Enable this as a compliance flag if you think this can have an impact on your internal or external regulations; this will ensure the visibility of all the artefacts violating this flag in the compliance status report.
